The style of yoga that I practice and teach is a Hatha (flow) asana (pose) based practice. Using the ancient forms of the yoga poses we practice bringing our gentle attention and presence into the moment, into the body. 

Honoring the body exactly as it appears in this moment allows the natural intelligence of the body to open and heal. Often places that we have avoided or compensated around are noticed and felt through this practice. What stands in the way of your body's natural way of being falls away. Moving through these habits takes the discipline of willingness to feel what has been avoided.
