Oshara and Arlyn host a moving event.

Cost is by donation.

This gathering deepens us into the body through listening deep inside and following our impulses.  The explorations will include time with music and without.

Art supplies will be available to use - bring anything you would like to share or use personally.

The three hour group begins with a circle check-in and then moves into time for unstructured movement.  We will gather mid-way through the event and check-in, then return to moving and ending with a final circle.

No experience necessary bring an open mind and your willingness.
You might want to wear clothes that can be on the floor.
