Oshara and Arlyn host a moving event. We will explore music and silence and art supplies will be available to use. $ By Donation to cover space rental. This class will be using movement to deepen into the body by listening to impulses and playing with one another. No experience necessary, just an open mind and willingness to move. Wear clothes that can be on the floor. |
